How fast is turnaround?
Decision Sprint: 7 days. Decision Study: 10–15 business days. OS Membership scenarios: results within hours, full analysis within 48 hours.
What's the real difference between the Sprint and the Study?
The Sprint delivers a fast strategic test (one-time deliverable, no platform access). The Study goes deeper and gives you 90 days inside the OS to iterate scenarios as new inputs arrive.
Do we need to share listener or audience data?
No. Zero data transfer required. Our predictive audience modeling is entirely self-contained — GDPR and CCPA compliant by design.
Can we credit a study fee toward a membership?
Yes. If you convert to an annual OS Membership within 30 days of your study delivery, we apply a credit toward your first year.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Both give you full OS access. Annual billing saves you 2 months (17% off) and locks in your rate for the year. Monthly requires a 3-month minimum commitment. Both are eligible for the study fee credit.
What if our needs are larger than these tiers?
For multi-market groups, multi-brand portfolios, or custom integrations, we offer Enterprise agreements with dedicated support and governance. Get in touch to scope it together.
